It is a relatively new field which has opened up in the past two years. There are a couple more layers within the office (administrative) that I did not list.

Hi George,
Under subsystems, I'm a little confused.
But let's start with the System: Office of Disability. What is your objective or intended output?
And based on your answer to the above, do your subsystems still make sense? I'm assuming that your subsystems will contribute to the intended output of the "main" systems (office of Disability). But this is my assumption, and remember, I'm still confused about how to classify things.
Cheers,
Stacey
OK!
My objective is to create alternate format for students with print disabliities.
Subsystems: I got process and systems confused.
A better subsystem(s) would be
Secure materials
Convert materials
Altertnate format personal at other schools are part of secure materials.
I hope this clears things up
George-
I think that with your answer to Stacey's question, you are more on track with your subsystems. Just my opinion.
Looks like a good start, i am looking forward to seeing your project progress.
